As a Member of Oz Oil:
- You agree that Oz Oil will have no liability to you for any claims that may arise between the supplier and you from any supply contract you may take out with them.
- You accept responsibility for ensuring that your order form has reached Oz Oil each time a delivery is scheduled, and you will advise us in writing of any changes to your membership details.
- You authorise Oz Oil to pass your personal data to approved suppliers to enable them to make a delivery.
- You confirm that you will pay the supplier within seven days of the date of delivery.
- You agree that Oz Oil will have no liability to you for any errors or omissions in ordering oil on your behalf.
- You understand that oil company drivers may refuse delivery if they feel they cannot access your tank safely.
- You understand that oil company drivers may refuse to deliver if they assess it to be dangerous for themselves, the public, or the environment, or simply due to a lack of clear sight of the tank fill point or gauge.
- You understand that the supplier will choose the delivery vehicle for your order (ie you cannot demand a smaller 4-wheeled tanker through Oz Oil).
Approximate hose & tanker dimensions
Hoses – 120-150ft (36-45m)
6-Wheeled Tanker – Length 27’ 8” x Width 10’ 10”
Smaller delivery vehicles are not available for group orders and so we are unable to accept applications where site access cannot accommodate this size of vehicle.
