Dear fellow walkers (and diners!)
February’s Village Walk will be on Sunday 25th in Welburn, start and finish from the Crown and Cushion Pub, where we will also be eating afterwards.
The walk is 4.92 miles on, mostly, good footpaths – there are a couple of marshy bits (but nothing too bad) and a couple of solid stiles. There is also plenty of scope for shorter walks for those of us who don’t want to do the whole walk. We aim to start at 11.15am, the table is booked for 2.45pm.
Please find attached a map of the walk as well as 2 menus to choose from: the Sunday Lunch menu and the A la Carte menu. The Sunday Lunch menu is 2 courses, with various options for each course. The A la Carte allows for just a main course though there is the option to add various side dishes if required – just don’t mix and match between the 2 menus!
